Smelt fishing
☆Fun for everyone from children to adults☆ Come experience a Hokkaido winter tradition!
In winter, you can enjoy smelt fishing on the frozen Lake Sahoro.
Depending on your luck, you might catch dozens of fish by yourself, or even a rainbow trout...
You might be pleasantly surprised. Even if you don't catch anything, the inside of the tent is comfortable!
Enjoy a fun time with friends in a tent that can withstand light wind and snow.
All fishing equipment is available for rental, so feel free to join us empty-handed!
You can even deep-fry the freshly caught smelt and sample them!
